To order your extra yearbook and/or CDs, simply email your order to paktek3@comcast.net.  Indicate number of yearbooks desired and which league CD.  A confirmation order form will be sent to you.  Simply print it out and bring it to US Bank 910 Ralston Ave. Belmont (map) with your check or cash to pick up your merchandise.
